What a battle bishop are in to stay up this season ! For has good has the point at Morpeth was last week, yesterday's defeat was terrible. The crowd walked out at the end in total silence, the supporters know we are in trouble but the board have there heads in the sand. No manager there yesterday or chairman and no new signings again and our hope hung on bringing on a player who had retired last season and could just a say fit in our shirt. A very difficult run of games next and we all fear for the club. We need players in quick starting with two centrehalfs and the crack around the ground is hoganson to west?

A new younger hungry management required with new ideas and a network further afield to bring in driven, exciting players instead of the usual northern league mercenaries. Bishops budget should be in top end of the league competing and it doesn't help they fighting at the bottom when west are in the top 5

Out of interest why wasn't the manager there?

Could not believe the size of said ex retired player. Last saw him 2 years ago & he must must have put on 2 stone. Bishop in desperate state. Such a shame for such a famous old club that they are having to rely on players who are well past their best.

If you're anything like a supporter you would get behind the board, management, and the players and don't criticise them

We certainly are in a battle, starting with tonight 3 very tough league games - Shildon, Consett and Stockton Town! Let's get behind the lads as I'm sure most will as usual and pick up some points.

Still some good footballers on this Bishops side, let's show it!

Like most bishop supporters we are desperate to get out of this battle, yes next set of games are hard but upto now progress has been too slow and players coming in of quality poor. Which does not fill you full of hope, 25th nov billingham away is the half way point in the season if things have not changed for the good the board need to take a serious look at there appointment and themselves because if we go down its on there heads and they need to take responsibly for there actions. Hopefully it will not come to that but even so they collectively have took the club on the playing front back years, so much for # momentum.

Gave a v.good Shildon side a big test tonight. Lads deserved something out of game for spirit and work rate. Let's take it into Sat now at hone to Consett

Same has Morpeth away battled from start to finish looked good in parts but still leaking goals against everyone. Young Harrison had a good game tonight, midfield shape was wrong gave them too much space at times. AJ second was top notch there goals all a bit scrappy they will not finish top poor defence and how does Moore keep picking himself? Not a love of the pock but made some good stops tonight, felt sorry for young being dropped has he as done well of late.

Couldn't care less about a close game at shildon or a great draw at Morpeth.....have to beat the likes of aycliffe first and foremost.
