No, not after the St Neots debacle, anyway we lost 3-1, pals tell me we were shocking. On;y reason we will stay up is the other shocking teams around us. 8-(

I'm always right

Curzon dropping points all over the place. Might not even finish 2nd at this rate.

I think the current top 3 are pretty much safe so 2 play-off places up for grabs
2 from 5, Garforth,Farsley,Lancaster,Woodley & Skem. I think Warrington are just too far back ............ I`m going with Garforth & Lancaster

at the bottom its 2 from 3 and I can see Rail matching the bottom two`s results so Wakefield & Lairds to go down

Curzon have lost twice, they're a very good side. You tell me the last time a team has gone this many games into a season and lost twice. Don't be fooled by the fact that they didn't play very well aginst you. They have been good against us twice this season and were a very good side

Think they've had more than their fair share of luck with only two losses. Should have lost against us, against Skem and I wouldn't be surprised if they got very little out of this months fixtures. Skem tomorrow, Woodley twice, Warrington Brig and Durham away...all tough games.

I have a feeling you'll be staying top
.

4 wins - 1 draw - 1 loss .... could of been better but not a bad tally

I'd have been certain of us getting the playoffs before Hattersley left. Swabrick has been moved on as well apparently.

We're running out of strikers.

Has swarbrick done anything for you recently though. I notice he's been on the bench quite a bit so he can't have done much when he's been playing

Nope, sadly.

Only league 5 goals this season. Couldn't fault his effort, but his form seemed to get worse at the season went on. Think he's been released to free up wages for a replacement for Hattersley.

if we fail to go up as champions, i cannot see any of the teams around us beating us at our place. We've lost once all season at home and if we finish second we will be at home both games. Be very difficult to stop us in the playoffs

Witton for me are the best team I've seen all season, so I imagine they would give either Curzon or Fylde a good game in the PO final. The runners-up only have a day or two to pick themselves up before the play-offs so often they are in a state of disappointment from not winning the league, which is probably why it has been 4 years since the team that finished second has won the play-offs1 I can see this season following that trend with either Curzon or Fylde coming out on top, with Witton joining them in the Evo-Stik Premier next season.

Its gonna be close that's for sure. We win, curzon win, witton win, skem win and even the dolly blues win. Not many at lancaster today, how come?

On our first half showing today we probably deserved a draw, but we didn't do enough going forward in the second half for me. Well done to AFC Fylde though, and all the best for the rest of the season.
