goose : How confident (or otherwise) are you of Saturday's game going ahead?
Does any part of the pitch tend to stay frozen because the sun is shaded? (Think your nice main stand is on the NORTH side of the ground so that shouldn't be a problem). Sorry to be a bit Anoraky but you know what it's like. :wink:

Main stand is to the west as the Whitby coastline actually faces North.

Therefore the blazing North Yorkshire Sunshine can thaw out the permafrost.

(well actually the main stand is sort of NW on the ground :wink: )

As we all know, it was OFF but some of us carried on regardless. Twas a very pleasant day from what i remember. :roll:
Apparently the date for the rearranged game is Wed 28 March. Positively Spring-like I trust. :wink:
