Either grant-soulsby pen is a wind up or u have advanced knowledge of team selection that has me Maz and smartie not playing! I'd b delighted with a point from this one so will go 1-1

4-4, after lead 3-1 and 4-3.
In all honesty we didnt deserve to win and could easily have been 4 down at ht but went in 1-1.
2nd half we battered them for 20 mins to lead 3-1 then totally stopped playing, but a point at gilly park is great.

Decent setup there, good bunch of lads and great after match bait, i hope they sort this crap out with the other parties so they can use the club on site

I wandered into the club pre-match....it's best avoided! After all the trouble GPFC have had, and another court case coming along, hopefully they'll come through the other end all OK.

Didnt realise you were at the game pal.
How do Gillford stay in business though, 20-25 fans and half them from Birtley.
Love the ground, although that bank is bloody naughty

Aye, popped over on the train via a few bars but the service back was at 5.30pm so had to speed away along the road at the final whistle. I liked the ground; quite unexpected. I never realised how bad the bank was beyond all muddy pitch!

Andy we weren't far off, got the draw right, just not enough goals. More I think about it the better I think this point is. After leading twice it felt like a defeat, however we only played well for 20 mins of this game and were battered for the rest of it, they should have been out of sight before we equalised and they also had a chance to win it again late on. We were poor and still scored four goals. A good sign without our top scorer! If we can tighten up a bit at the back and reduce the sloppy goals we have been giving away I think we're capable of putting a good run together!
