I would've thought that the committee would've got together and made this decision

I have noticed on the results list this week that Witton Gilbert did not field a team against New Durham.

Just out of interest, particularly around other peoples comments in relation to a precedent being set and another post regarding clubs missing a number of players each week, does anyone know what the implications are for Witton Gilbert and what the decision is regarding the result of the game?

Cheers

There's simply 2 rules which the league inforce, either u are suspended for a month without fines / loss of points, etc if you are struggling to continue OR if you can't field a team for a 1 off partcular match then u are fined and points deducted. There's no movement from these basic rules for any team, prem league or not. Boring subject now.

my sunday team has loads of lads out if we loose another we will only have 10 its tha bad, me personaly and another lad have broken metatarsels, a couple with ligaments and 1 with a broken arm thats just of the top of my head but we just get on the best we can we got beat 8-0 the other week of a team we normaly win but are close games with them 8-0 showes how bad it it is, it gives the lads who dont normaly start to try and win a place but at the end of the day if people are injured faire enough may be a month off but i would ask for documentation to backk that up coause if its the case people just dont turne up for 1 reason or another then theses teams should look for new players.
