3-1 synners, might even get there!!

Synthonia won 5-0 away against Stokesley Sports Club this evening in the STL Northern League Division 1. James Magowan opened the scoring following a Glenn Donaldson blocked shot, finding the bottom corner of the net (23 mins). Donaldson added a second, prodding home a Danny Earl cross (29 mins). Magowan scored his 2nd of the game and his 100th Synthonia goal, rifling home after some good work from Kieran Edwards and Donaldson (43 mins). A fourth was added after the break by Skipper David Hillerby with a sweet half volley from 25 yards (67 mins). The scoring was completed with another fine goal, this time from Chay Liddle who arrowed his shot into the top left corner of the net from the right of goal (74 mins). Full match report to follow.
