Stephen has completed a transfer to first division club Bishop Auckland. Bishop put in 7 days for Stephen & he spoke to both clubs about the move. After considerable thought, Stephen decided that he wanted to play in Division 1.
He did delay the move in order to play at Esh & Whickham & after his last game, the Team made a presentation to wish him well.
Stephen moves on with the best wishes of everyone at Tow Law Town & we thank him for his performances, commitment, loyalty & leadership.

The Club has moved quickly to fill Stephen's boots, signing Luke Thompson back from Esh Winning.

sad news this..steve's been terrific for us again during his latest spell..yes we'll wish him well but also hope someday he becomes a lawyer again..
he's helped give us a good platform in this league lets hope we dont miss him to much..
