Crook Town are in the final stages of signing young left-sider David Gordon from Sunderland RCA, and the deal should be finalised on Saturday. Manager Gary Pearson has expressed his delight at the signing and says that for Crook Town to sign a player of David's ability shows how far the club and the management team have come over the last year. Gary believes that this now completes the team and everybody involved with the club look forward to seeing David in the club colours.
