Wow this Brysa character is a bit mouthy isn't he?? I always prefer players to do their talking on the pitch, as I've said before, I always wonder about them when they come on these forums talking themselves up. Also, I'm sure your now team mate Scroggins will be pleased to see you've come on here saying how you "had him in your pocket" very classy. Never heard of you but I'm pretty sure you won't be in the same class as Scroggins.

Only one person/thing will do that....shieldsman. You just get used to some of the comments on here and shields forum but i suppose everyone is entitled to an opinion. Its when opinion turns into a slagging match or disrepectful comments that problems occur! :D

Anyway, all new players signed for this coming season are welcomed with open arms and hopefully build a strong team. I agree that just because Morpeth finished in the bottom of league this season does not mean ALL players there are not good enough! That was proved at shields last season as our first season back in Div 1 we finished just above the bottom 3, but with just about the same players, finished 11th and won league cup last season. For me, its all about getting the team to play TOGETHER and im sure that will happen when season kicks off.

Gotta say that the new lads at training more than look the part and are chomping at the bit........................and regardless of where they come from they all look decent players. But if they werent then they wouldnt of been signed i guess!

Am certainly lookin forward to the start of the friendlies and the big kick off against spenny on the 31st.

The only mistake your new player has made is biting against the likes of yourself and Shieldsman. At not point has he talked himself up, and he's entitled to defend his position and state his opinion just as much as your are.

Don't recall saying he had made a mistake, I was just airing my views regarding players posting on these forums. I feel you and I must have different opionions on the definition of "talking himself up". Which is fine as thats what it's all about, different opinions. I wish Brysa no malice or bad luck, I hope he does well for Shields, just I personally found it strange that a new player felt it appropriate to be so active on a forum like this especially referring to team mates. But as I said in my original post, I'm sure other people will disagree.

Shieldsman for ur information I didn't get the "boob" as you put it, after starting thr first 3 games of the season I have no option but to stop my saturday football for personal/family reasons and I would appriciate if u didn't make such comments when u don't know wots going on. Cheers mate!

I don't mind him giving me stick mate, after all this is a forum 4 fans opinions, I'm big enough to take it on the chin but when he's commenting on things which he knows nothing about then he's out of order. Admittedly I had 3 poor games so the fans have every right to slate me, I'm making no excuses but maybes my life off the pitch was affecting my performances on it, hence the fact I have decided to pack it in, I cud have quite easily carried on, picking up my wage but thts not fair on the fans or the other players. So plz shieldsman before u go jumping to conclusions try thinking beyond football 4 reasons why players might have been "giving the boot"
