2-1 by one of the few teams below them in the league.Total disgrace .If they don't want to cahnge the manager at least change the name of the team to Peterlee,as they are just bringing humiliation to the town that they don't play in.Now down to sixth bottom.even worse than last season if that's possible. At no other club would it be allowed.

I see the player who was sent off for spitting was playing-does that tell you something? The Easington forum said they were disgusted at the Shields contingents behaviour the other night- as the phrase goes "they are all in it together" and its sad to see

I see that, yet they left the top scorer on the bench-seems they are determined to get into the Wearside League after just missing out last season.Must be to fulfil the Chairmans promise to be playing back in Shields-when they are away at Harton & Westoe!!

See none of the apologists can even be bothered to come on and defend the latest debacle-they must be getting sick as well.

There is one thing duller. Not watching a team and instead going on an internet forum and slating them at every opportunity. You need to get a better hobby mate.

Maybe if you took the time to understand why people feel the way they do (its just that a lot of people dont come on here) and you knew the FACTS you might not make those type of generalist comments. One day, when I have a few hours, I will appraise you of the details and then you just might.

As for what time posts are made Mr Vinney---there maybe a reason for that also but if you cant be bothered to think why then I cant be bothered to say why.

Matty as for the apologists-our town doesn't have a football team anymore-even if they moved back not a thing would change we know that and so do many many more. Where have the public gone?? Just as we did they voted with their feet. An organisation that cant take criticism when its justified does not deserve to have the backing of the public. Interest has died-this is not a case of a club not having the potential to grow and attract a decent management-they just simply accept mediocrity and do nothing to improve that-thats why people dont go anymore and why people are frustrated who once had a team worthy of support. It seems money is the be all and end all and publicity is forthcoming for that. when it comes to questioning discipline and communication that s when dialogue ends from the club. Id rather they gave up than carry on with a pretence

There was nothing generalist about my comment. It was aimed directly and specifically at you and your mate, who spend a lot of time commenting on games that you don't go watch, and slating the volunteers who run the club. If you don't like the the club, go support a different one instead of slating this one. It's pathetic, childish and obsessive.

The club has enough apologists without an outsider making comment suggest you sort you own club out first
The manager makes a point of saying in the Gazette thst there is no place at the club for a player who is sent off for spitting yet he picked him to play on Saturday...... How's that for good management???

 outsider? I'd suggest you're hardly an 'insider' yourself.

Its empty alright just like the ground at Peterlee. They should put a sign on the gate "Do not disturb". :o No disrespect but if the Brandon committee had their resources they would do a better job !!
