Enjoy the next 3 or 4 weeks and then start to think about your own individual preparation prior to pre-season. We would much prefer to spend time on patterns, set pieces and ball work than thrashing you on runs, shuttles and exercises (although I do enjoy thinking up sadistic exercise plans). So, a little effort on your part can save a lot of pain later. Enjoy the break!

P.S. There will, of course, still be an element of pain!
