Are Wakefield playing at Ossett Town this season or are they back at Belle Vue?

The contacts and location section of their website suggests that they are still at Stade France.

That'll be a great away trip then :D

How much of the stadium will be open?

Last time we played there I seemed to recall that the whole stadium was open.
Not sure how they will play it now with our crowds but it might be as much of a job to steward the dugout side and the open stand behind the sticks as it is the full stadium.

Its got to be a better place to be based than Ossett - no offence to Town - but its within in the city and on a major road and bus route into Wakefield and in an ideal location to advertise forthcoming games - it is essential that the 'Next Game' hoarding is kept correct and upto date for passing traffic.

And its in walking distance (just) from Fernandes Brewery Tap!

The 'open' end has now got a roof, as has (some) of the terrace opposite the main stand.

That stand does look a bit temporary , thats understandable with a new ground in the offing , i say that as a Trinity fan , anyway good luck with the move , i did go a couple of times to the ground when Emley played there , and they did get decent crowds .

That's good news that they're back in Wakefield.
Hope we're there on a Saturday so can take in the Fernandes Brewery Tap as well!

Location: that would be telling
Fernandes Tap, a local pub for local people. Last time i went in there, a few years back admittedly, everyone in the room really did stop what they were doing and stared at me. I had a pint and quickly left, thankfully no werewolves were waiting for me outside.

If i'm not mistaken, i think Ossett Brewery now run Fernandes Brewery, which amuses me greatly, especially as the miserable little man with the Mexican tache who ran Fernandes is now running a poky dead end pub in Pontefract.

I can kind of see what you are saying, South Ossettian, but I've always had a decent pint in there without feeling uncomfortable.

The pokey pub you refer to is the Robin Hood - I've never been in so can't comment.
Alternatively there is the Kings Arms on Heath Common or at the other end of the scale The Six Chimneys!!!
