Think we might be a bit outside the play offs (hopefully), we have lost a couple of decent players and they might be replaced with some from the Reserve side.

Also, Ally was suggesting at the end of last season that he was looking to bring in some lads from our Academy side (1 minute 44)

The only problem with that is they have just disbanded (setting up teams at Hyde F.C. and Abbey Hey).

Hope to be top 10 but play offs would be a dream for a team that conceded nearly 80 goals last season (in an alleged weaker league).

I'm very confident about this up coming season! Some very interesting things have happened at LCFC these past few weeks.

We'll be up there.

Curzon will win it this time, although I hope I am wrong though. The play off places will be contesed by the likes of Skelmersdale, Farsley, Lancaster City and a couple of others who could well include Radcliffe Borough this season. Had said Garforth Town earlier, but have totally changed my mind about them now for obvious reasons. I expect New Mills to be well up there, despite what their own fans think and possibly Goole or someone like Trafford and hopefully Mossley.

I hope we are right up there but we'll have to see what players we can attract.

Tipped Goole earlier on and my prediction might just have some credence......

A quick googling reveals only one of the four players he took with him from Buxton was a starting XI player...the rest are all players who were playing last season.

Rebuilt teams without much £££ behind them always struggle to be more than a mid table side.

You'll get a mention when folk start discussing good fish and chip shops at away grounds. :D

Looks like we'll have Connerton back from Crewe for next season. I'm sure I don't need to remind you he scored 38 goals in the 09/10 season 8) Looks like he'll be joined by a couple of other players from higher leagues including a couple of other ex-football league lads.

Yes...just not for Crewe! :!:

He'll be banging them in at the Axe again so it's all OK.
