When will the fixtures for the 2018/19 season be announced?

Info from Evo-stik & FA websites
League fixtures announced 12th July, first games 18th August

FA Cup & Trophy early rounds drawn 6th July

Early Trophy rounds
Extra Preliminary Round Saturday 29 September 2018
Preliminary Round Saturday 13 October 2018

Do all teams as this level join at the Extra round ?

Early FA cup rounds
Extra Preliminary Round Saturday 11 August 2018
Preliminary Round Saturday 25 August 2018

Which round do teams as this level join? Has the restruction had any effect?

Teams at this level usually start at the Preliminary Round. I don't think this year will be any different despite restructuring.

I’ve had a look at the fixtures for the ex-NL clubs & the NPL have been pretty good to them both. There aren’t many mid-week games, but the ones there are almost all against Nort Yorkshire sides. There is one long trip for Morpeth though. I suppose Cup runs could change things though.
