Think a Play off place would be good. You never know though!

credit to mossley they've started superbly. I think my prediction of curzon winning the league by 15 points maybe slightly wrong :D

We've signed Rich Whiteside, who played for you recently. What did you make of him?

Were you in attendance at Seel Park on Saturday by any chance?

Richard whiteside was a decent for keeper for us and we struggled replacing him at one point, left due to work commitments I think. He left us in the lurch at times not turning up and we had to play a kid in net. He did it to us when we played you on a bank holiday but still he's a good keeper

Interesting. Sounds like a strange one! So long as he's a good keeper I'm not bothered. We've struggled getting a decent stopper since Fearon left in the summer. He'll be our 4th keeper this season already.

I was indeed.

What did you think of the game, and were you one of the fans wearing a mask?

I was part of the rowdy lot, but not with one of the masks on

Thought the game was a bit of a stalemate at times without much action. You created more than we did though, especially in the second half. Our now ex-keeper did give you a bit of help though  Thought you were very well organised defensively if a a little deep. The foundations of a promotion chasing team is a solid defence though!

One of the best keeper we've had. Unfortunately, he kept missing games due to work commitments and then departed. He started his career as a teenager with Kirkham & Wesham FC.

Clitheroe 1 Skelmersdale United 7 tonight, so that tells you how difficult it's going to be to finish in front of them

After seeing Skem tear us apart tonight, I can't see anyone getting close to them! :(

Yep, although Skem are clearly the faves at this stage, and after recent season I don't think many would begrudge them, but it's often the footballing sides that suffer the most during long dark winters when the pitches start to degrade. The more direct sides like Farsley etc etc will still take points off the Skems, Mossleys and Traffords but I still reckon come the end of the season Skem'll come through.
