Was looking forward to reading it, is it being swept under the carpet?

No.

I was there, so I don't need to read what Darlo fans thought of the match

But I do like to read what opposition fans say about our performances, so I await the Billingham Town version.

Well, from the lack of comment on what is generally an underused forum I think that gives the general concensus of opinion.

We werent good enough from going 1-0 down onwards. The second half was men against boys as Darlo capitalised on defensive errors as well as errors higher up the pitch.

Cant say anything negative about Darlo's performance, other than you may need a bit more cover at left back as Richardson is not a full back, or left footed.

Thompson a great signing and ive no doubt he'll move through the leagues with Darlington if they are successful in doing so.

Having played Darlington twice and Spenny once, I personally think Spenny are the better outfit overall and will comfortably finish higher than Darlington.

Thanks, not sure why you had to bring Spenny into it. Think most Darlo fans would agree that Spenny are still favourites anyway.

But I was just wanting a match report, not a comparison of us and Spenny.
