Thought we were unlucky today. Had the lions share of possession but a daft 20 minutes in the first half saw Durham go two up. Thought we would pull it back, especially with our performance in the second half but just couldn't seem to do it in the final third. Hard to pick out individuals but thought Garbo was relentless today, absolutely superb effort from him.

Hard luck lads. :(

Durham started well and they deserved the 2 goal lead. However, we were the better side from 40 mins onwards. We played better after owens missed a penalty and normans goal came from some superb passing. Second half was mostly towns towns and durham looked a spent force after 60 mins. We lacked the final ball and a bit of pace upfront. I thought we were well worth a replay. Great performances from arthur, garbutt and norman had a stormer of a game on the 3 g pitch. Well done to the new guys too who put in a shift. We were missing 6 players today so it was a good effort from an unexperienced side. Good luck to durham in the next round.

To be fair it was better than coming out fighting. Durham very slick first half but pushed back in the second. Actually, neither keeper was tested that much. In my opinion, that was down to the finishing. Having said that, it was good game to watch.

Might not have troubled the keeper much but to call it a comfortable game for Durham?!?! Would hate to see a game that wasn't comfortable!
