and Helen Worth is not from Ossett, she's from Morecambe. Her brother lives here.

and as for David Peace, now then, i bet he's loving the furore over Jimmy Savile, he could probably get a book or three out of all that.

seen her birth certificate have you?

the story i heard many moons ago down at darkest Dimple Wells was that the Wigglesworth family were originally from Leeds and they emigrated to Morecambe to start a new life.

It doesn't matter really, some folk get worked up about nonsense like that, just remember the stories we used to hear about men rushing their pregnant wives back to Yorkshire so if it was a boy, he would be eligble to play for Yorkshire Cricket Club. Utter nonsense.
