Got beat 5-1 after being 1-0 up.

Didn't go but sounds like our back 4 were poor.

1-0 up after 8 mins. Could have been 2 or 3 in next 20 min. Poor marking from a free kick allowed player to nip in unmarked at back post. 1-1 half time. Another freekick and Sunday league marking. 1-2. A penalty 1-3. Blues had 2 good chances but not taken. A couple of breakaways and 1-5. Too many poor passes gave ball away in mid field. Gav Frickley man of match, Jimmy did plenty of running both sides of pitch. Luke Hinsley had to drop back to midfield second half to replace Matty Bloor.

Thought the defence and midfield were very poor, couldn't cope with Chorley's pacer players. Couldn't really have
complained if the home side had scored a few more. Enjoyed the journey there and back and Chorley town centre
and the public houses there and near the ground. Plenty of football supporters on the trains and all running on time.
Felt a bit strange not travelling on to Preston with the Sheffield Unitedites on board the Manchester to Scotland service.
The one I was sat next to said he lived next door to Ben Turner, a small world.
Agree with TMc about the passing ect.

Was quite impressed by the ground and the supporters were passionate and vocal, many wearing black and white shirts.
The people I spoke to in the town were very friendly and happy to talk football and give directions. Could have done without
the young couple I was sat next to on the train to Manchester discussing the pros and cons of suicide or the three sixty year
oldish Bolton fans boasting about fights they had been involved in at matches, never mentioned the match they had just been
to. Old enough to know better I would have thought. I did wonder if any of the many Man U supporters knew or cared that
Sheffield were the first team to be named United.
I found the annoucement on the train that any Manchester United supporters that boarded the train at Bolton had got on the
wrong train and should get off at Chorley and head in the other direction amusing.
Think I might think twice before attending away games after watching the ones at Ferriby and Chorley, two worst performances
of the season by far.
I wish Chorley well for the remainder of the season, apart from when they play the Blues of course.
