I was told it was, I managed to pick that up via Twitter as well. Must be another dual registration. A bit of a concern to me with his tendancy to pick up injuries. In an ideal world he needs top be wrapped in cotton wool. But players want to play football and if they can earn an extra few bob along the way. That's their prerogative.

Rather he did not play for another club, where he could get injured or sent off etc, but if it isn't against the rules
it is very difficult to enforce a rule of playing for just one club.
On the positive side it could help his fitness and he did score, will add height to a forward line that hasn't got a lot
of it at Staveley.

You can. You don't give him a dual registration form

Probably the best to keep non-contract players happy, wish he was on a contract.

There were rumours going around Twitter from the Staveley end that he was a permanent signing....I'm hoping they are jumping the gun

I did hear they pay good wages, somewhere, from some one at one of their matches, think it might have been
against Leeds Carnegie at Farsley Celtic. But I would have thought Frickley could match them.
Don't like Staveley as a place much, but the ground is okay.
Would have thought Gavin Allott would prefer to play at the higher level.

His brother, Grant, is Staveley's captain that may be a reason for him turning out for them?

The brothers do seem to play in the same team quite often.
