Fired their manager, first casualty of the season....you could see that one coming from a mile off. Apparently the current assistant Darren Schofield is becoming first team manager, with Brett Bowden-Lovell becoming his player-assistant.....(Double barrelled position like his name.)

Was You shocked Dave, probably not.......From a Frickley point of view, I hope Mr Schofield can carry on the good work, seldom that the same voice in the dressing room works, obviously he must have his own ideas.......err...Score more goals than your opposition maybe

Never really a shock when a team at the bottom of the league sacks their manager. Had some really poor results
this season, can score goals but let more in at the other end.

It wasn't rosy in the dressing room they had a fall out.

Not shocked at all Eastwood result and Danny South's get out of jail free card just prolonged the decision.

I would like both Frickley and Stocksbridge to finish above the bottom two, rather keep Yorkshire clubs in the league
and also wish the new management team good luck, apart from against The Blues.
