I've never quite understood why the coach to away games goes from where it does, from The Barnsley Oak
or North Elmsall. I always think it should start from the ground and have a few pick up points. Am I missing
something other than the bus here? Must admit I've only ever used it for a FA Cup match at Gainsborough
and back from Harrogate Town in all the years I've supported The Blues. Unlikely to start to use it now anyhow.
I get bored on them and feel travelsick. Seems a good way to deter fans from travelling, almost like asking Sheff Utd
fans to board their coaches at the Don Valley Stadium instead of Bramall Lane.

I believe it's to do with parking issues. Would you leave your car outside the ground from 11am to say 8pm, where it's a bit remote ? I wouldn't leave mine !

There would probably not much of the car left on your return, so that's why over the last few years they have either used the Barnsley Oak or Upton Arms, beacause they have ample car parking space for the players and fans to leave their cars, also you can walk up the hill to those pubs anyway and have the bonus of a cardiac arrest !! (Been There knows). I don't think there's that many fans that use the coach to be honest, maybe half a dozen or so. ?

ps. It's also closer for Hoody, it's on his door step :D
