Played six, lost five, draw one = one point out of a possible 18 points.
But it's still not time to panic some will say because we should / could have won.
BUT JUST DIDENT AGAIN.
The lads are getting there.
And dont forget DONT PANIC our once great club is going down to Div 1 but DONT PANIC.
DONT PANIC.
Some on here sound more like Mr Jones on dads army every day.
Time for some to get real i think.

we should have been in div. 1 anyway. as i said previously this is a bonus season, and depending what happens we either consolidate or maybe go down...again.

a few more games before the panic starts for me, as long as there are others around us all is not lost

I have a solution.........We all stop going to the games and offering our support because they are all sh*te, Sack the manager as he was never up to it anyway, In fact sack the lot of them.......even down to the tea ladies, as my coffee was too strong anyhow last week, and my peas were too green....The remaining directors may as well just resign and get on with their lives. And we will turn the pitch into an allotment for the local community where they can plant their veg, and have chicken's and pigs etc..........In fact they could name all the animals after former great Blues Players just for nostalge.

Then we can all come around to Frickley 1's house, pat you on the back and say you were right anyway and talk about how great we were in the 70's and 80's. Whilst sucking on a wurther's original with a cup of cocoa.

I may even let you get your Dad's Army compilitation out on VHS, but i'm only stretching to Volume 1. But I draw the line at sitting on your knee, you will probably break your hip .............Come to think of it !!!

Or the alternative is, we live in the REAL world.

Panic over what exactly......Is the world going to end by xmas, did someone die......It's football, we were 10 times better last night than the rubbish i witnessed at Ferriby.
The manager is working on a tight budget and came in late, but still wanted to come anyhow. It's a bonus season in this league, if we get relegated so what !........Better to be a Frickley Athletic in Div 1, than No Frickley Athletic at all. We are nowhere near being a Durham, the difference being we are at least competitive. There will be strikers coming in soon i imagine.

Simple F1, if you don't like what you see, Don't go..........Was you even at Matlock ? Passing wise last night was as probably as good as it ever got last season. We actually strung several passes together quite often.

Fair question F1, & I'm not taking sides here but how many games have you been to this season?

I've only been to 2 home matches - my mate Big John has been to the majority of the games so I tend to listen to his assessments of the team. We all know about the various run-ins he has had so no-one could accuse him of wearing rose coloured specs.

I would panic if I was a Wakefield fan, bottom of their division and not even playing in Wakefield.
Frickley's record could be better, but they are by tradition bad starters to a season, don't think the relatively
easy pre-season or Gavin Allott's injury helped matters. There a need for more strike options, don't think the
Blues can afford top class forwards with the budget, but it's a case of just doing the best they can with their
lot.

Wakefield Fc are back in Wakefield, playing at the rugby ground Belle Vue aren't they ?

Also in today's express..The manager has said he's hoping to get one or two strikers in for tomorrow.
