I see that Chris Wood scored twice for Parkgate against Armthorpe, good to see hitting the net but I'd
rather he did it for The Blues. Is he still a Frickley player or has he returned to The Northern Counties
League, where he is quite prolific.?
Might only get on the bench if Gavin Allott is fit, but I'd rather have him there than playing for Parkgate,
if Frickley have a game. No problem with him playing for them if they have not.

I think he's left, probably too slow for this league, but he would have been better that nothing, at the moment we are short of strikers on the bench......we really could do with someone who's quick to give the manager options, but i imagine it's difficult with the budget, as strikers don't come cheap do they !.

players can take up a dual registration with a lower league side, but i think this may be the last we see of him in a blues shirt, pity he didnt make the move up to our level a few years ago because he is a good player at NCEL level, and knows where the net is,maybe too big a jump up the pyramid for him, wish him well at the gate though.
there is a fine young player there that we could have a look at,he will move up a level soon.

Liked him at Hallam, but probably needs some one quick in attack with him at Frickley's level. Will score goals for Parkgate. A name for
the promising player would be welcome, position and why he is a fine young player? They are out there, just need signing and developing. Unfortunately other clubs seem better at it than Frickley.

Thanks for the information, blue stan. Will look out for him if I watch Parkgate play anywhere and look out for
his name in reports. Young, but with a bit of experience and versatile - all sounds good to me.

Looks like Chris Wood (or someone) will be getting an extended run upfront as Danny South has gone to Stocksbridge

Hannitty? Where do I know the surname from? Was his dad or some other relation a non-league player, possibly for
Matlock? Wasn't that the surname of the lead character in Thirty Nine Steps, a South African I think played by Kenneth
Moore in the original film? Something similiar anyhow, but it's been a long time since I watched it and never read the
book.
Lee Morris seems a logical replacement for Danny South, if he fancies another spell at Westfield Lane, think he's more chance of
getting games with Frickley than for North Ferriby. Still wouldn't mind Chris Wood coming back and feel he could improve if
played centrally and develops an understanding with Gavin Allott. A bit better player on the deck than Danny South from what
I have seen of them both.

Watched Chris Wood play for Parkgate today, he didn't impress - was beaten too often in the air by smaller
defenders and rarely threatened and generally looked slow. His strike-partner Nathan-Swindels scored a great
goal, but tried to repeat the method too often and became predictable, talented but frustrating. Needs to work
on his fitness, work rate and awareness of other players.
Kier Hannity did okay in the first half but disappeared for long periods in the second half after Parkgate had a man
sent off, two yellow cards. The home side winning two-nil and looking comfortable but Staveley made the extra player
count and won three-two and might have had a few more goals. Too hot for the ten men. Think both sides have sufficient
decent players to do well at that level.

Has he sent Jimmy Ghaichem back to Scarborough as well?

I see he turned out for you at Worksop Town on Friday night and for Boro against Worksop Parramore, in NCEL on Saturday afternoon also, or is he just on dual registration as well? Either way he must be fit, to play in two games in less than 24 hours anyway.

Only noticed as I managed to take in both games, at the same ground, this weekend. Also had hoped the lad was going to sign for us, before he actually signed for you.

Think Jimmy Ghaichem will be in a Frickley' shirt on Saturday, looks one of the fitter members of the squad. There no mention of
him departing.

Ghaichem did play for Scarborough last season, so i imagine they still hold his registration for the NCEL, i see he played around 35 minutes at Parramore
