Probably most players that will be coming in are not used to this level of Premier league football, and year by year it's getting more and more difficult with clubs throwing a lot of money around. I say let's lay some foundations of a decent team and scrap for everything and where we end up, we end up.....simple eh.

If they can create a team spirit of the past. i.e Robinson,Morris,Lindley,Groome,Pugh,Walsh and Hood etc. They were not the most talented bunch, but had spirit and fight in abundance.. That would be a good start. On another plus point, the players coming on from Goole etc, will have a point to prove that they can maybe play at this level still. !!
