Yes, they did well in that last game, and i think the fans should be eternally grateful for the lads having one last dig, proved to benefit us in the end.

Now for a new season, and new optimism......Mr Rose, that hard work starts now for the forthcoming season.

Yes you are right Blue Stan but Rinky and the lads did give their all in the last home game and as a result we are still in the Prem as it happens, and thats made my day today.

Perhaps that's where we've been going wrong, SMS. Great news, looking forward to next season
and pre-season now. Just need Sheff U to do the business tomorrow. And I no longer have to have
injections in the stomach, still on a high dose of tablets and have to have weekly blood tests. Still
only allowed one and a half pints, looks like I'll be drinking lots of coke or orange juice down south.
Made my day too, Frickley1. Glad you're happy. Lets hope the Blues are not in the same situation
this time next year.

Thanks for what? Being tactically inept for the entire season, picking his favourites and making bad decision after bad decision in terms of the team selection etc? Its a travesty it came down to anywhere near the last game given the rumoured playing budget (relative to recent seasons) and the supposed quality of players on the books last season... probably a contibuting factor to the decision the board took after two very poor seasons... just a hunch like. The quality and style of football on display was the reason I, amongst others, stopped wasting my time and money up the 'Lane...

Here's to a new start, hopefully a great appointment and some better football and results next season. This Rose character seems right up my street!

Up the 'Blues!

As I remember it Mr. Rinkavage did not once save us from relegation. the season before last we were saved by results at other grounds after losing at home. Now we are applauding the decision of the F.A after being technically relegated under the "guidance" of the same manager. I for one am more than happy to see the back of the Mr. Rinkavage and his lack of tactical nous. He has not even at this time acknowledged his failings whilst manager and continues to blame everything and anybody else for the final league position of his team.
I look forward to next season filled with hope that the new management team may actually give the club and us supporters something to cheer about.

Rinky obviously see's it different to that, apparently he has laid the blame elsewhere via his Twitter account tonight from what i hear :D

I don't hide from the fact i like Rinky, he's a decent guy and i think he would make a great Mayor of Sheffield  :D

I will be his p.a

But we all need to move on now,for sanities sake. Roll on August...........I'm taking a summer break from here (honestly)
