The new manager talks a good fight. I hope we stay in the Prem like he does rather than having to start his time at the lane trying to get us back up there. What do you lot think.

Thanks for that, i didn't know we had a club site !!

Good Interview, never heard Frickley called a sleeping giant before !!!. But he's aware of the history of the club.

Yes F1 25 years ago were great days, i was born about 300 yards from the ground on Victor St, so remember it well, even though i was only in my early teens...The difference is now, the club is not the heart of the community any more, it was when the pit was open and the old canteen club was buzzing.
That's what needs to change imo, Frickley should be the heartbeat once more, slowly but surely i am confident this can happen.

At least he's aware of the task in hand, and the tight budget due to us losing some of last years sponsors/investors.

This is why all Frickley fans need to get behind him, give him a shot and let's see where it takes us, if it doesn't come off, things can always be changed..Hopefully it won't come to that.....Never be afraid to try something different imo.

I understood that our new Com manager had got a sponsor for next year lined up, in fact dident someone say as much on the forum. I think if my memory serves me right someone on the forum said he was doing a great job with getting sponsors on board for next season.

He has and is getting in new sponsorship, i'm talking about existing, Tech 5 are not renewing and are sponsoring Buxton, then we have lost the directors major investment, who have stepped down

Les has got sponsorship lined up and other irons in the fire. Sponsors want to have proper launches these days not just a press release put out as soon as something's agreed. Have a bit of patience and all will no doubt be revealed in due course...
