As it say's i would like to welcome our new manager Karl Rose and his assistant James Dudgeon to our humble little club, and wish them the best of luck. :D .

We may as well get off on the right foot, before i'm his worst critic

I hope he brings some footballs with him, ours have been nicked

They are young enough to want to better themselves and perhaps aim higher. They will know the Evostik league and hopefully will be able to bring players in who are also wanting to show theselves and aim higher. Wish them good luck.

Bit of a surprise appointment, but I believe they did a decent job at Goole and hope they can do even better with
better players to work with. Think one or two of the players from the Victoria Pleasure Grounds will follow them
to South Elmsall. I always got the impression that Karl Rose was liked and respected by the Goole supporters and
players.

? ? ?.
Never been a fan of bringing managers from leauges lower than us, we have tried it in the past and it's not worked. Maybe this time it will. All the best to them both.
Surprised.

I think they were pushing for the play off's this season, until they fell away in the last 3 months. Can't say i know much about the guy..But he's the manager so we get on with it....I supported Sharpy, Marrow, Billy and Rinky, unless the man is a complete fool i will carry on that way, Let's hope his youth and enthusiasm will rub off around the club to everyone !!

All the best to the new management team - hopefully we will 'bloom' under their tutelage (can you see what I've done there).

Well done to F1 for giving the new manager his unqualified backing - I'm sure it will be appreciated....

Whom did you expect F1 ?

On another positive note, i hear Roman has completed his mission at Chelsea, so he's coming to Frickley as chairman

it sounds like good news to me. I for one think the board have made a sound decision on appointing a younger management team. Welcome Karl, show these old boys how its done.

I hope the fans give him time to "bed" in and he doesn't "wilt" under the pressure

Good luck to the Rose & Dudgeon

I imagine there may be one or two, as players tend to follow managers around. There are some good footballers at all lower clubs, also this guy is NOT Billy...

Yes, of course you are, it's just that 99 per cent of people never agree with it :D
