On paper at least, a decent draw:

Frickley Athletic V Clitheroe or Leek Town

There are several all Conference North ties in our section, with some tough Conf. North V Uni Prem matches also... A great opportunity to get to the 3rd Qualifying Round for first time in a few years...

Up the Blues'!

Fair point Tom - although after saturday we have now managed two wins... This was the reason for the note of caution in my initial posting.

However, I thought Skem (who were also unbeaten before last weekend) were supposed to be good - what with their league position and unbeaten record. They weren't.

We were far from great and had three players out, but managed to pretty much contain them and whilst the win may have been a little fortuitous, we have not had the rub of the green so far this season. Against Bradford and Hednesford we ought to have won both games with ease. Had little 'fortune' in those games... You might see we've played the majority of the sides who've had a good start also...

Time will tell, but as i said, i'm sure both teams (whoever gets through your replay) will fancy their chances of being in the hat for the next round. Mind you, we're better playing Leek away!!
