I think that was one of the best performances I've ever seen up the lane- went a goal down but reacted positively, kept the ball and kept on playing football and deserved the goal on the stroke of half time. Once the second half started and they had a man sent off the blues began to rush things, but led by the excellent Jamie Maguire they slowed things down, controlled the game, got the all-important goal and managed the game until the final whistle. A great team performance but my MOTM was Danny Rowe, a rock at the back and carried the ball excellently once we had the man advantage.

Up the blues!

Agree with all that, got to add that Connor Smith was outstanding again, we have a real player there.

Defence is looking pretty good - Danny Rowe and Jam along with Algar and Smith.

Clee will be a test, after getting whooped last night.

A game we would have lost last season. Liked the look of the new additions, think both teams struggled with ball control on the hard ground. Had 80% of the play but at times guilty of trying to walk the ball in. Gav looked hungry, MOM for me. Physical side Marske and would expect to see them in the top six. Good game to watch and was pleased with the standard of football played, I think it will get even better with games. Well done blues.

A great three points. A good run in the FA Cup would be wonderful. Just a reminder that Cleethorpes now play in Cleethorpes at Clee Road. There are buses from Grimsby and Cleethorpes that stop near the ground.
