Heard it was a possibility last week the owner has been trying to get someone to take it on but with no ground and no support there was no genuine intrest.

Just saying but I said this at least 2 years ago as soon as the owner got fed up then that would be it as more often than not the bat was correct

Lesson for Frickley here is when you put all your eggs in one basket things can soon go wrong, spenna gets fed up or gets an offer from another club then bang the brown stuff hits. Although no one wants to acknowledge that

You are so right dingbat exactly the same at Frickley Spencer fearn says I'm bored and that's it gone heard someone say they weren't bothered if it went Pete Tonge cos its entertains football but it has to be sustainable wonder if they would think the same with no club to watch

Being new to the forum but not as a supporter have to agree with the dingbat reguarding eggs in baskets heard other day well know supporter saying if frickley go under so what it'll only upset about 70 people but l would ask where would you then watch local football

Sad to see when a club goes down. I wonder if the FA rule that they had to drop Aquaforce from their name is important as Mr Woods investment was no longer an advert for his company?

always a shame when a club goes under,whoever that club may be,as its the people that suffer,craig wood was always a pleasant and welcoming guy,just too many obstacles in front of his dream.

its better to have tried and failed than not tried at all, he was chasing his dream but had too many obstacles in his way.
