Old School - surely it's a case of simply looking back thru old SC meeting minutes to check the record of the formal request from FAFC for the money? That will have explained the reason(s) it was required and then there will be associated 'acceptance' of the request of the SC members to hand the cash over? There will be the requisite financial sign off / audit trail etc, I'm sure.

It was the final 'bit' of money needed to secure funding for the new changing rooms wasn't it? All the bucket collections and Chad fund raising / England Fans etc?

You'd think so but all they'll say on it is the club have had it tried that at last sc meeting but was met by a wall of the clubs had it basically because there was no sc last year apparently they must not have needed to ask
