I attended the Goole v Tadcaster game tonight. Looks to me like there a few in the home ranks that could move up
a division in a season or two, they are a bit raw yet. The little right winger is quite quick and causes problems for
defenders but tends to make the wrong move, shooting when he should pass and passing when he should shoot and
needs an experienced striker to talk him through a few games. The central midfielders, both slight and blond, have the energy
required for midfield. Finally, the number five covered well. I also liked the look of Taddy's little left back, had a bit of class.
Nil-nil just about the correct score on the night for me, Goole the quicker side, but Albion solid and organised with a good keeper
and lots of experience in the side, just lacking flair and pace.
Good to see nearly 200 there on the night.
I doubt Lee Morris will be bringing many more players from his former club, they simply would not get in the side at the moment.

At least after their shaky start to the season, Goole's defence can now say they kept a clean sheet against someone who's won the Champions League.

They can boyspen. I was not over impressed by Jonathan Greening or his brother on the night. Goole's right back looked
a decent prospect too and his long throw is a good asset. That point and clean sheet should give the defence some
confidence.
