What's the Northwich appeal regarding?

I thought they were expelled from the league but appealed and were only demoted to the first division.

So are they appealing the appeal, appealing being in the South or appealing the fact they now want to change the ground share arrangement from Stafford to Flixton?

Also what potential impact can the appeals of Darlington and Northwich have on the NPL now the constitution has been ratified at the AGM?

My understanding of the Northwich appeal is that they want to change the ground share arrangement they have with Stafford and now play at Flixton. The Evostik League have refused this request. This is what they are appealing against, and the appeal will be heard by the FA. If they win the appeal then there is a case for them being placed in Division 1 North rather than Division 1 South.

Northwich's appeal does not affect the Evostik Premier Division.
