Resigned

Merger
Killingworth YPC & Killingworth Town FC = AFC Killingworth

Renamed
Newcastle Blue Star (Formally Hazelrigg Victory)
Whitburn & Cleadon FC (Formally Whitburn Athletic)

Joining
Rothbury FC (North Northumberland League)
Ellington FC (Tyneside Amateur League)
Stobswood Welfare (Tyneside Amateur League)

They are yes.

If I am right... Alnwick Town will replace Birtley Town. FC United will be relegated. Carlisle have obviously gone. Blue Star (Hazelrigg) and Chemfica will be promoted due to our merger with KYPC?

I could be wrong like. I am not sure as haven't heard anything about Ashington.

That would be my reading of it as well, albeit Uni and Alnwick both seem to have appealed so no idea what's going on there, but the league expectation will be one of the 3 is in NL and 2 in the Alliance prem.

You couldn't be more wrong Chinny.
Never going to happen. Alnwick town Finished bottom of NL therefore your prediction is way off. If it were that Birtley And Uni dont go up then Darlington RA would be reprieved not Alnwick. It seems to have missed peoples notice that The Fa have said all season tht the team that finishes bottom of the Northern league should not be reprieved under any circumstances.

I was at the NL AGM on Saturday and next season it will be worse with only 2 step 7 clubs promoted . There are 3 step 7 feeder leagues to the NL so i dont know how that will pan out. Only 2 promoted from NL2 next season to NL 1 and only 1 promoted from NL1 to step 4 with so many second placed teams promoted on the ppg basis. I was also told the FA may be doing the step 7 allocations soon maybe even next season.

All ifs and but and it wont be resolved for 14 days yet, then there will probably be more appeals regarding appeals. Messy business.

Confirmation given that Ashington Colliers have officially resigned from the League along with Northbank so with that and 1 up to northern League , Killingworth merging with Killy YPC there are no relegations from the premier league. Newcastle Blue Star ( Hazlerigg) and Chemifica make up the Premier League .

They were represented at the meeting last night and given a starter pack along with the new clubs. So i would say yes if they lose the appeal against relegation. I dont know the grounds of their appeal but the have definitely appealed along with Newcastle Uni. Derek Booth clearly said there may have to be an EGM to discuss any changes to the constitution once appeals are heard and decided.
