Walker Central 1 Seaton Delaval 1

We went 1-0 up fairly early think it was in or around the 10th-15th minute. For me a tale of two pens one given to Walker Central and scored the other looked to be caste iron for us but ref said both he and the assistant thought it wasn't and to be fair both were closer than me though the people watching closer than me thought it was.

To be honest as Hurdy said after no one really deservede to take all points but thought Walker kept the ball better than us. Both teams had chances to win it but points shared.

Taken from the Northern Alliance Webpage.....

Bedlington Terriers Reserves stretched their winning sequence to seven games as
Dylan Williamson struck twice at Northbank.
Further goals from Ross Donnelly and Robbie Eastway put Terriers on top of the table while the Cumbrians had led through Mark Worrall’s opener.

Below is my comments....
Cant comment on the referee as dont want to get into trouble with the League.
But....Both teams were puzzled with some of the decisions that he made.......

Cullercoats 0 - 1 Wallington.

A hard fought win in the usual blustery conditions at the Links. Wallington took the lead in the first half and should have extended it hitting the woodwork twice and failing to convert a penalty.

Some resolute defending secured a very welcome 3 points for the greens.

Walker Central 1 v 1 Seaton Delaval

Micks assessment of the game is spot on,close game with not a great deal of difference between the two sides on the day. Penalty never (ha) . from where we were standing it looked a def penalty and Delaval had a good shout the only thing for me was the lad that was fouled didnt shout loud enough, but niether side deserved to lose.

What can I say, full squad to pick from, first time this year, midfield dominated, they could not handle strike force, Brown (3) Short (3) midfielders Kane, mcDonald and Woods chipped in to help. At times unplayable. Fair play to Crammy they never gave up, counter attacking up to the whistle
First year in Alliance, 5th in the league, happy so far
