I was on the line tonight for the Harton & Westoe v Birtley Town match in the DCC. It was my first visit to the new set up and got to admit its a fanyastic setup.
The playing surface was top draw and the best pitch I have seen in the wearside league.
Last of all a massive thanks to the management team and committee for making our visit there as match officials very enjoyable and I hope to visit again soon.

Mick its better than any nl pitch bar none and better than the hetton centre in my opinion. Synners, seaham always great but this pitch was superb.

Well done tonight, all 3 officials very good.

Also Harton bait was hard to beat as well

Glad you had a good night Mickey. Thought you'd enjoy it up there.

It was fantastic lee. As Maz said the pitch was brilliant. Got to take your hat off to the groundsman there. What makes it even better, just the other side of the cricket square is another pitch that they said the over 40's use and the sunday league side and that was tip top also.
