After one of the most successful years in Guisborough Football club’s history, including lifting the North Riding Senior Cup and gaining promotion back to the First Division of the Northern League, we are proud to announce a unique opportunity

For just £25 you will secure a ticket for a Winners’ Raffle drawn on 27th July 2011 by Tom Blenkinsop MP, with the following prizes up for grabs:

* The name of the winner or whatever slogan/company name etc you wish (subject to approval) to be printed on the away kit Team shirts as well as a full page advert in EVERY home programme.

* An advertising board worth £350 placed in the KGV ground with words chosen by the winner plus a half page advert in EVERY home programme.

* A pair of season tickets to attend Guisborough Town FC Home League games.

The draw will take place this Wednesday 27th July at half time and will be drawn by Tom Blenkinsop MP Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland.

So, if I won this raffle John, would I be able to put "Thornaby FC" on your away kit, and have a pitch side board advertising football at Teesdale Park ?..... :lol:

Cheers Tommy - If my memory serves me well I do recall us playing with a kit that said Stockton Town on it not that long ago :wink:

We would like to thank everyone who helped sell tickets and all those that supported GTFC by purchasing ticket(s).

The winning ticket was purchased by Martyn Speight (sorry Tommy

) who as well as being ex manager of Thornaby played for Doncaster before joining Guisborough Town in March 1997 upto December 1997 before transferring to Billingham Town.
