Dear all;
minor change to Sunderland RCA's scorers -- Davies didn't score, but Davis did. Just to confuse things, RCA have a Davis, Davies and Davison registered.
Gillford Park have got four Armstrongs, and now Penrith have got two Dan Robinsons!

regards

Small Budget compared to who though Dave?

If your using Spennymoor as a guide, i'd agree with you.

Good start from RCA though, and they prove every year they finish strongly, so maybe this years their year!

So your saying the £3000 we won yesterday only covers our wage bill for a week Ressly? :lol: :wink:

How can you say £800 per week is a small budget for a 2nd div Northern league team the majority of teams in the league would love that budget

I never Mentioned figures Stevey as i dont know them, but i'd suggest that cant be a million miles away with the squad you have. Again thats Jasons good fortune and he'll need either a big cup run or to win the league to justify it, but thats his job!

Again Mr Hall i dont know RCA's budget and never claimed to, just found your 'small budget' a tad amusing, if you believe £800 a week is a small budget then i guess your correct then, i personally think its a bloody fortune, and in the realms of fantasy for others clubs in this Division.

What clubs have is there business and i cast no slight on Spenny or RCA at all. Every league has them that have, and them that dont have money, and we all cut our cloth accordingley.

I guess its impossible to give an Average for any league because the top 6 or 7 payers and the bottom 6 or 7 will be poles apart, each club has what it has and i certainly have no Bitterness towards anybody, i was merely commenting on your 'Small Budget' comment because it amused me and i thought you were in fact being sarcastic.

I've said repeatedley you dont need fortunes or indeed to even pay players, to compete at this level and several clubs keep proving it, but if you've ambition and want to invest in players to move forward and aim for promotion then thats of course fair enough, and each club sits down at the end of the season to decide whether they've invested wisely or not.

My GUESS would be that 1 or 2 will be paying £1000+ a week, down to absolutely nothing for others!
