How is next weekend work out at Bedlington? Bedlington at home v Jarrow and morpeth sharing our pitch are also drawn to play on that day in the vase, will Morpeth be forced to play on the Sunday as the Host Team have priority on the Saturday.
Would Love to hear your views on this please.

I'd expect that the Terriers would have priority, in the same way that Morpeth had to play their FA Cup match on the friday. Tigerdave will be able to give you confirmation, if not i'll find out at the game tomorrow.

We play our games on a Sunday if West Auckland are at home - like last week in the Vase v Billy Town.

In the event of both teams drawn at home like this Bedlington will have priority and play on the Saturday and Morpeths games will be on the Sunday.

Lol. No money doesnt talk as far as decisions go at Bedlington. It was agreed that Morpeth could play on the friday for various reasons. Our first consideration is the pitch and with it being dry we knew that we would have time to prepare it for our game on the Saturday. Now the rains are starting to arrive it has been decided that the few extra hours available will give us chance to re-instate better than if it was used friday, Saturday. Just gives us time after game on Saturday to replace divots and Sunday morning to do other work that needs doing. If it was used friday then its gone 9pm before you can even start to repair the pitch and I personally would rather work on it after a Saturday match than late on a friday night. I know the volunteers that help feel the same.
No other reasons than that.
