Like the subject says...Why do some clubs only do reports or updates when they win?

Its so annoying when your looking for latest scores on twitter, but because they are
losing they wont post updates unless they winning.
Its only a few clubs but the same ones most weeks. I thought one team had won 1-0
the other week, they posted their goal in the 2nd half but not the away teams 2 goals
shortly after.
Was also looking forward to the Easington report last week but no sign of it like most
weeks, hence they lost 6-2 .
Is it a case of the song "only sing when your winning"

Its a bit amateurish at this level, Durham were losing 7-0 at HT the other week but still posted.
I've seen clubs saying they not biased but they only post when they win

On the topic but slightly cheating (as it’s Sunday League), but the Facebook group for the Durham Sunday League is a perfect example of ‘sing when you’re winning’ - from about 12:30 onwards on a Sunday the results start coming in and I’d safely say about 95% of those posting are on the winning side.

Same lads who can’t wait to post after a win, are nowhere to be seen the weeks they get beat

Mind one thing I have found on Twitter from NL clubs is digs at referees and their decisions. I’m sure plenty of clubs have received letters from the FA about it......

Yeah noticed that too, but expected more from Northern League clubs, its a shame
because if you work shifts or sometimes cant make away games its nice to know how your team is doing.
They want your support it would be nice for them to keep supporters informed.

It's quite simple why there wasn't updates from Easington at Northallerton the other week - I wasn't there!

You're right. But not everyone has access to the Twitter/the data on their phone to do updates

I'll always put updates on when I'm there (and that's 99% of the time) win or lose.

Reports wise....win lose or draw I will do one. Thankfully, we are just enjoying a crest of a wave at the moment so good times here from Billingham Town.

I'm not a club official but I try to post goal updates on my own twitter weather for or against. Using #enlscores #favase etc etc
