I think that if the Club, the company or the owner doesn't pay it, it will be passed to Northumbria FA, 25% admin charge added & shared among the players registered at the time of resignation. About £86 each.

If the fine does end up going down to players, that would be under The FA's Football Debt Recovery Scheme and would be administered by the County Association. Nothing to do with League Rules at all.

Its not a huge amount per player if it comes to it. Thanks for the info
