Why does this have to be at alnwick (castle) when in all probability Alnwick won't be in the league next season.i know it will be booked but surely the NL management committee could have had a plan b in place to stop unnecessary travelling for the majority of the clubs.afterall Alnwick have been in a relegation place nearly all season.or do the league not want to upset the Duke of Northumberland?hopefully someone in the know can reveal the facts.

IV no doubt it's a great venue, but not the reason I posted.just think considering where Alnwick have been all season and geographically there could have been an alternative venue sought to minimise travelling.aftetall isn't this is what the argument over the restructuring is.only my point of view.

The facts are the AGM is moved around every year, and is confirmed at the previous year's AGM. This year it was Alnwick's turn to host it in their town. I didn't hear anyone from Alnwick moaning about all the travelling last year when it was held down in Teesside. Last year it took me 2 minutes to get to the AGM, this year it'll take me an hour. It's just the way it goes.
