From the NL Facebook Account - Crazy why they weren’t at this price originally

CUP FINALS DAY – TICKET PRICES REDUCED

Tickets for tomorrow’s Ebac Northern League Cup Finals Day have been reduced.

Fans will now be able to see the Ernest Armstrong Memorial Cup and the Brooks Mileson Memorial Cup for the price of a single game.

Originally all-day tickets were going to be £10 and £5 for concessions and under-16s.

However, the League Management Committee has decided that tickets will be £6 for adults and £3 for concessions and under-16s.

A league spokesman said:

“We have considered the effect that such a difficult season has had on spectators’ pockets in the last few weeks and as a consequence we’ve slashed the prices to give them the chance to see two games for the price of one.”

The finals are being held at Consett’s Belle View Stadium (DH8 7BF) tomorrow.

The EA cup between Chester-le-Street and Ryton & Crawcrook Albion kicks off at 12noon.

The League Cup between Bishop Auckland and Dunston UTS kicks off at 3pm.

I didn't think tickets were on advance sale?

Credit where it is due, common sense prevails. I know a good few on our bus are planning on having a few beers in Consett prior to Bishops game and heading to Consett ground about 2pm so wont be taking in the EA Cup Final.
Sure quite a few other Bishops fans will be doing the same.

Correct, it was always fully "Pay on the gate".
