So you want a manager who nearly got a team relegated from division 2 this season to take over at your club next season??

Sunderland RCA boss Swales would be my suggestion but sadly he has already had a go at Bishop and it didn't work out.

Good club, great facilities, decent fan base but always seem to fail, is the budget poor or are they just constantly under achieving?

I think it sits with the board they do a great job on the commercial side but it's been one disaster after another on the playing side it almost feels like the team is a sideline.
I would try and find a ex pro as a manager or Director of football.
Given the track record of our board I have little faith much will change.

Timing still a little weird though. Why not just announce it after the cup final?

Probably expected a heavy Bishops defeat, quite a few kids in that line up

I like Peter but feel his touchline manner will never be accepted at the club, what did he win whilst at West ?

Ironic talking about winners the only man that has won anything at Bishop since the Tony Lee era is the manager in situe

Season review that it has been no where good enough however we have got out of jail and now have a cup final occasion to enjoy and the chance of winning a trophy

Have to say mate.while he never won anything at West, one season came league runners up and lost 3 finals.if that was at our club he'd of been hailed as god coz it would of meant promotion along with a Wembley final!

Would love the results side of it,personally couldn't stomach the other side of it though.shame, because could be a really good manager possibly much higher up the pyramid

Hopefully we shall find out soon who is taking over.
And I would like to think the board have learned some lessons
One being the team come first!
Would also like to see a Football person (ex pro type) on the board for balance.

Plenty speculation going round
I favour Carl Jarrett myself it's like waiting for Christmas !

Who says he would? It's all harmless speculation.

Speculation but I can understand him leaving for a bigger club with a sustainable infrastructure.
