With Colin Myers resigning who would the fans like to see take on the Managerial reigns?

Lee Jarrett.simple as that.if not then all out Ian chandler.mind doubt Alex Ferguson would of made any difference this year.we need to pick a man, chase after him and totally rebuild club up from scratch, with the aim of promotion in 3 to 5 years.to me the whole club structure needs to be rebuilt around a good manager building things on the pitch and stability.every single year we go into pre season in turmoil.so I ask the board, once, please be decisive and go out get the right man,and tailor the club to his needs.i don’t mean bankrupt the club for a Martin gray here,I mean a sensible manager with good contacts and allow our club to have a bit of stability for 5 to 6 years and he may just build a team good enough for a promotion or two

Ok, this is all a bit weird. Myers keeps the club in the division, wins a semi final then resigns immediately after rather than stay just another 9 days to lead out the team in the cup final and have the chance to win some silverware at the end of a long hard season.

The time is anything but right. 1-2 months ago was right, or after the last league game was right,, or in 10 days time would be right, but now after the one bit of sunshine in a very drab and dreary season?

What is so broken at the club that a manager would leave now of all times?

He didn't resign after keeping the club in the division and leading the club to a cup semi final.

He resigned before the cup semi final and with the club's relegation fate in the hands of others.

PS - after the game Bishop Auckland announced that Colin Myers was resigning as manager, but would stay in charge for the final of the League Cup on May 12 when they meet Dunston UTS.

This will NOT happen because of his strong personality BUT if Bishops want success, appoint a WINNER, however contraversial - PETER DIXON will get you success.

I like Peter but feel his touchline manner will never be accepted at the club, what did he win whilst at West ?

Ironic talking about winners the only man that has won anything at Bishop since the Tony Lee era is the manager in situe

Season review that it has been no where good enough however we have got out of jail and now have a cup final occasion to enjoy and the chance of winning a trophy

Sunderland RCA boss Swales would be my suggestion but sadly he has already had a go at Bishop and it didn't work out.

Good club, great facilities, decent fan base but always seem to fail, is the budget poor or are they just constantly under achieving?
