Lads I hope your close.i know it takes time to get the right man but we also have to start getting players in.at a guess if say you won’t be far wrong.and it’d be more than welcome at the club but do eould 1 or 2 others.looks like finally the board are being decisive which is also a more than welcome factor

Seems to be a reoccurring problem at the minute in the northern league. Not many clubs are advertising positions and giving relevant information for those who want to apply. There are numerous clubs whose managerial positions are vacant at present.

But as a club bafc should have an idea who we want to take us forward

I’d like to think they’d have a list of targets but the right person isn’t always on a clubs radar. Just my opinion but it limits clubs options by not advertising.

I agree, my feelings are they have a target but if that fails to materialise then advertise it you never know who might fancy it.
Bit of a no brainer really.

Presumably with his best buddy Brian Rowe as his no.2?

Joins Bishops with Brian Rowe as his No.2.

Both ex Bishops players, all be it Chandler himself briefly when we were ground sharing.

Good solid appointment.
