Well, I think all of the snow has just about gone in Whickham, but the ground must be sodden. Our groundstaff I'm sure, will give the pitch as much attention as they did for the Heaton Stann match. Hope we have a better official (which I know we have), and an opposition who want the game to take place. Has to be a big doubt though.

Can't imagine it'll be the only game that loses out to the weather.

Any inspections planned at the other home grounds?

Looking at the state our pitch was in at 315pm IL be very surprised if Saturday is in on against Chester le street.totally flooded even the top end.more rain forecast tomorrow, then two dry days, Thursday and friday.not certain it will be enough.no lines either, washed away.i presume others are in the same boat.
