Only one side in it at Hillheads today but Bay made Bishops pay for not finishing off game in 2nd half.
Fairly even 1st half, perhaps Bishops just shaded it on a bobble hat of a pitch.
2nd half Bay looked shot, Johnson scored when the keeper mishit a clearance and Bish were hardly troubled after that and had numerous opportunities to finish game off but
with a few minutes left a rare attack saw them equalise.
Again I thought some v.good performances in a Bishops shirt, Bennett seemed to be at fulcrum of a lot of good moves, Ryder a force in midfield with Griffiths and Marron solid and Mr reliable. Also thought Tait had a pretty good debut.

Something's up here I agree with your post again mike m! If we can get something on Wednesday and again next Saturday we will be on a roll. But still a battle till we start putting 3 points on the board regularly . At least there is now a gap between us and bottom three.

First half vs Bishops was an even game but second half our passing was shocking and couldn't get out of our own half. Very makeshift team with injuries and seemingly prioritising the next 3 games (all cup games) but we were fortunate to get a point in the end - little bit worrying how knackered we looked from about the 60th minute. Dan had a mare with the Bishops goal but I felt he more than made up for it with a string of great saves to keep us in it. Happy enough with the point in the circumstances & always nice to have a team bring a few fans with them too.

Thought the ref had a shocker.

Pretty spot on assessment I would say Ryan.

Another tough gaje for Bishops at Heritage Park on Weds but if same consistency in performances over last 3 weeks or so I'm quietly confident we can get another positive result.
