Look pal, your mate Steve Riley got the boot. Deservedly so. Our useless board just took too long to do it. The last six months of last season were a disgrace. All of the FA Cup money squandered. Couldn’t sign a player for love nor money in pre season. Just get over it. Someone else is in charge now trying to sort out a huge mess he was left with. Will he do it? Who knows. Move on....just saying.....

Colin was certainly on it today. Vocal, encoragement from sidelines alongside Dion Rait.

Deserved point with 10 men for a long part of game against a strong Consett side.

Small steps but a few players looking more effective and young Harrison Scott was pick of them in 1st half, never put a foot wrong up until his injury and substitution. Also though Scott Pocklington was excellent - mopped up everything in front of him and made some important saves. Another goal and solid performance from Ryder.

Blyth Spartans at HP Weds night in a friendly and then Stockton Town again at home next Sat who have really kick started their season.

Every point will count at the end of the season because our survival I think will go to the wire. Yes your right the complete situation the club is in is totally down to the board and chairman who at worst will be remembered for taking the club back years and if we don't stay up they will be remembered for taking the club down. New chairman and board will be required, heads should have rolled due to this current disaster but not one of them has took any responsibility for our current situation.

Good point today.wasn't there for my own reasons but same old blah blah "good spirit, let's take it to next game",point is unless bishop start to win games it dosnt matter how the team plays or how they perform it's 3 points that matter against who or where they are in the league it's points on the table end of story.would everyone be happy if bishop played every game until the end of the season showing great spirit and showning glimpses of a good team and got relegated or played rubbish and ground 3 points out .time to get back to basics and get the purse strings loosened and get players who are going tobdonit now and not in a year's time

Great news the chairman has started to loosen the purse strings told this morning that they have bought a new food hot counter and are going to replace the chairs etc in the club house ( not a thing wrong with them by the way) because it's important for the business! Spending on a few good players should be more important at this moment in time, just shows how far off the mark the chairman and board are relating to the team, nothing surprises any more, the team is way down the pecking order at the club and the business is the most important keep all the business clients happy at all cost. Total wrong focus again from the chairman and board take a look at the league table for god sake instead of brochures for furniture etc unreal what's happening at the club.

To be honest as I said before the lad is in a difficult position coming in when he did, he needs a medal the size of a bin lid IMO, most top players elsewhere and obviously unwilling to move for less money, 7 day rule, one club every 28 days, not a great deal about in other leagues, it will be difficult to improve the squad given this.

The training ground and working with the players there maybe the only option because Bishop Auckland, its supporters and the history deserve better..

what part of the fact that the money left to the club was for "non playing" matters dont you understand? and that the money that generates CAN then go towards the playing staff?
